Indoor Pollutants

Within the last years, the significance of indoor air’s quality has been increasingly attaining public interest. For longer periods of time, people spend time in buildings and rooms and are exposed to microbiological and chemical pollutants, which are to find in contaminated materials, colors, glue, furniture, textiles and indoor air.

With the help of material, dust and air measurements, our experts are able to pursue certain threats and to detect danger potential, sources of contamination and reasons for pollution. The spectrum of analyzed substances includes among others:

-      Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)

(e.g. plasticizer, pesticides, terpenes, ester, phenoles, glycol, organic           acids and CFC)

-      Microbial Volatile Organic Compounds (MVOC)

       (e.g. dimethyldisulfid, 1-octen-3-ol, 3-methylfuran)

-      Aldehyde and Ketone

       (e.g. formaldehyde, acrolein and acetophenone)

Our trained staff searches and finds the causes and proposes potential decontamination measures.
